How to Care for Resin Jewellery:

Resin is prone to yellowing, clouding, scratching and chipping over time.

Everyday wear is discouraged to preserve the life of your resin keepsake.

Jewellery should also be removed before:

o Hand / dish washing

o Applying lotion

o Applying hand sanitizer

o Applying harsh chemicals including perfume

o Activities that cause you to sweat

o Before showering

o Before bed to reduce damage while sleeping

If you notice that your resin jewellery is showing signs of wear, please do not hesitate to reach out for us to help repair it for you.

How are Keepsakes Preserved?

All keepsakes must be dried before they are mixed with clear or tinted resin and hardened to form a necklace pendent or ring bezel.

Breastmilk is preserved into a powder before and bacteria is removed before it is put into the jewellery to prevent breakdown or spoilage.

Keepsakes such as cremation ashes, locks of hair, dried placenta and dried unbilical cord can be put directly into the resin.

Replacement / Repair Policy

Resin jewellery is not meant to be worn daily and will not last if worn daily. Our jewellery pieces are meant to be worn and treated as keepsake jewellery to be reserved for special occasions.

Keepsake jewellery will only be repaired free of charge within 3 months of keepsake arrival. After this time there will be a small charge for repair and shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Exceptions: If your jewellery piece was purchased and received before October 2022 and you have noticed either breastmilk bezel or gemstone dislodgement please reach out to us for complimentary repair. We have since changed how we complete our keepsakes to prevent this issue but keepsakes before this time are at risk of dislodgement. Photo proof of damage required **.
