Shipping policy
Orders will ship 8-10 weeks after keepsake materials are received from the purchaser via mail or local drop off.
An email will be sent to you within the week to let you know that your keepsake(s) made it safely to us. We will send you an email with tracking when the final product has been shipped to you.
All items will be shipped with tracking through Canada Post, UPS, Purolator or Fedex. If item is lost, please contact mailing carrier respectively. We cannot guarantee that package will not get lost, but with tracking it lessens the chance. This is not the responsibility of Prairie Keepsake, but do contact us so that we can help you order a replacement keepsake.
Please do not ship all of your keepsake to us (only a small portion of it) as we cannot guarantee that your package will not get lost in some part of the shipment process. We cannot guarantee that we can ship all of your keepsake back to you after completion of your keepsake jewellery piece.
